Monthly subscriptions renew at the same time on the same day each month. If a monthly subscription starts on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, the renewal date will change when the renewal month doesn't have a corresponding date. For example, a monthly subscription started on August 31 will renew on September 30, and it will continue to renew on the 30th of each month until February. In February, it will renew on the 28th, and will continue to renew on the 28th indefinitely.
Weekly subscriptions renew at the same time on the same day each week. Depending on the customer's bank and when the renewal happens, the charge may appear a day or two after the renewal date that displays on their order confirmation.

We serve a 25 mile radius from our studio at 3319 Folsom Blvd, Sacramento CA 95816. If no one answers the door we will leave the arrangement by the door in an area out of the sun as best we can. All online orders receive a delivery confirmation via email.
Same Day Delivery
For guaranteed same-day delivery, please call mahina + soul directly at 916.898.2570, and orders must be placed before 12 pm (noon) pst and an additional $15 same day delivery fee will apply.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day; however, we cannot guarantee it.
CAREAll arrangements are guaranteed fresh for 5 days with daily water refresh.
To help keep longer the arrangement should be placed out of direct sunlight and away from a heat source, the water should be refreshed every day, and any expiring blooms should be removed.
DESIGNVases
All floral arrangements will be housed in one of our specialty vases, compotes, or ceramic vessels and include a hand-written message.

Returns + Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any reason. If there are any quality issues please send pictures to info@mahinaandsoul.com within 24 hours of receiving and we will exchange the piece.
